I was born in the UK and am a Canadian citizen from Toronto. With over 30 years of experience in education and transpersonal wellness, I have dedicated my career to fostering growth and well-being in diverse communities. I currently reside in Bangkok, Thailand.

I am certified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Timeline Therapist in Bangkok and as an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Practitioner through The Association for Psychological Therapies (APT) in the UK.

My counseling certifications were earned at Lehigh University (USA) and the University of Toronto (Canada). I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDip) from Johns Hopkins University (USA), and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from NSCAD University (Canada).
